Jamil Aboulhosn, MD, Chair
Dr. Aboulhosn, a board certified cardiologist, is Associate Professor of Medicine and Pediatrics in the Division of Cardiology at the David Geffen School of Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He is the Director of the Ahmanson/UCLA Adult Congenital Heart Disease Center. He was awarded the Streisand American Heart Association Chair in Cardiology in 2014.
Previously, Dr. Aboulhosn served as the Director of Clinical Research at the Ahmanson/UCLA Adult Congenital Heart Disease Center and the Director of the Westwood Heart Center Non-Invasive Imaging Laboratory. From 2009 to 2012, he served as the Director of Adult Congenital Heart Disease at the Children's Heart Center Nevada.
Dr. Aboulhosn is the current Chairman of the Global Research Working Group for the International Society for Adult Congenital Heart Disease. He is also the Vice-Chairman of the Adult Congenital Heart Association's Medical Advisory Board. He is a member of the American Board of Internal Medicine Cardiovascular Board Adult Congenital Heart Disease Exam Committee. He is also an active member and fellow of the Society for Cardiac Angiography and Interventions and the American College of Cardiology. Dr. Aboulhosn is also a founding member and former President and Secretary of the Association for Adult Research in Congenital Cardiology. He serves on the editorial board of the American Journal of Cardiology and is a Guest Editor for Circulation.
Dr. Aboulhosn received his bachelor's degree in biomedical sciences from the University of California, Riverside and his medical degree from UCLA. He completed his house-staff and adult cardiology training at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center followed by a fellowship in adult congenital heart disease at UCLA.

Curt Daniels, MD
Dr. Daniels is the Dottie Dohan Shepard Endowed Chair and Professor of Clinical Internal Medicine and Pediatrics in the Division of Cardiology at The Ohio State University and the Division of Pediatric Cardiology at Nationwide Children's Hospital. He is the Director of the Columbus Ohio Adult Congenital Heart Disease and Pulmonary Hypertension Programs (COACH) at both facilities. Dr. Daniels is board certified in both pediatric cardiology and internal Medicine Cardiology.
Dr. Daniels serves on the Adult Congenital/Pediatric Cardiology Council and is the Chair of the Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD) Working Group of the American College of Cardiology (ACC). In addition, Dr. Daniels serves as Chair of the Adult Congenital Heart Association (ACHA) Medical Advisory Board, and is Chair of the ACHA ACHD Program Accreditation Committee. Dr. Daniels is committed to education and has trained fellows in ACHD since 2001. The fellowship became formalized as a 24-month training program under the Schooler ACHD Fellowship in 2010. He has also worked to develop a subspecialty board certification in ACHD and currently serves as the Chair of the ABIM ACHD Subspecialty Board Certification Committee.
For the past eight years Dr. Daniels has led a bi-monthly regional patient education lecture series for ACHD patients and has led the effort to provide a personalized electronic medical record for all patients followed in the ACHD program. Dr. Daniels has designed, implemented and successfully completed multiple ACHD research studies and presented his research nationally and internationally. In collaboration with colleagues from The Ohio State University and Nationwide Children's Heart Center, he has mentored fellows training thru the NIH T32 Training Grant entitled “Training in Congenital Heart Disease.” In 2011 Dr. Daniels was elected President of the International Society for ACHD and plans to develop Global Health Initiatives for ACHD. In 2014, he was selected as Co-Chair of the ACC/AHA ACHD Care Guidelines.
Dr. Daniels is a graduate of the Ohio State University College of Medicine. He completed his residency and fellowship at The Ohio State University Medical Center and Nationwide Children's Hospital.

Yuli Kim, MD
Dr. Kim serves as the Medical Director of the Philadelphia Adult Congenital Heart Center, a joint program between the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) and Penn Medicine, as well as the Fellowship Director for the Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD) fellowship program at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. She is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania and board certified in Adult Congenital Heart Disease.
Dr. Kim completed her undergraduate degree at Georgetown University and medical degree from the University of Virginia. She was an Osler resident at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in internal medicine and went on to the Cleveland Clinic for cardiovascular medicine fellowship training. She completed a two-year fellowship in ACHD at Boston Children's Hospital and the Brigham and Women's Hospital.

Arwa Saidi, MB, BCh, MEd
Dr. Saidi is an adult congenital cardiologist and is Director of the Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD) Program at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. She is board certified in Pediatric Cardiology, Internal Medicine and ACHD.
Dr. Saidi joined the faculty at the University of Florida in 2003. In 2015, Dr. Saidi served as Director of the American College of Cardiology (ACC) (ACHD) Self-Assessment Product and has previously served as topic coordinator for the congenital cardiology sessions of the ACC 12. She is a Writing Committee Member of the ACC/American Heart Association Guidelines for the Management of Adults with Congenital Heart Disease (2014 to 2015) and the Pediatric Cardiology Training Guidelines as the American Academy of Pediatrics' representative for ACHD section (2014 to 2015). Dr. Saidi is a course developer and instructor for the Health Care Transition Course at the University of Florida College of Education (2010 to present).
Dr. Saidi is a member of the American Board of Internal Medicine Cardiovascular Board Adult Congenital Heart Disease Exam Committee. She has been a member of the Adult Congenital Heart Association Medical Advisory Board and currently serves on the Board of Directors. She has received the University of Florida Exemplary Teacher Award (2011, 2015) and Outstanding Achievement for Medical Student Education (2009).
Dr. Saidi received her medical degree from the Royal College of Surgeons in Dublin, Ireland, and completed her internal medicine/pediatrics and pediatric cardiology fellowship training at Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, Texas. She completed her master of education degree at the University of Florida College of Education in 2012.
