Description
Participants in this Approved Quality Improvement (AQI) Program will work to improve Annual Wellness Visit (AWV) completion rates by engaging in targeted education and completing three check-ins, detailing plans for improvement, changes instituted, and insights on the work done over the course of the calendar year. This opportunity is only open to physicians in Aledade ACOs.
