Description
Quality improvement activities in kidney disease at Northwest Kidney Centers include activities approved by the Chief Medical Officer as contributing to the quality of care for patients with kidney disease, which include activities related to in-center hemodialysis patients, peritoneal dialysis, home hemodialysis, chronic kidney disease, kidney transplantation, or other projects related to staff activities within the organization.
