Richard M. Wardrop III, MD, MACP
Dr. Wardrop is a career clinician-educator and Program Director for the Internal Medicine Residency at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland. He serves as faculty at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine and Case Western Reserve University. Previously, Dr. Wardrop was Program Director for the Combined Med-Peds Residency at the University of North Carolina, founding faculty at the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine and founding Associate Dean for Biomedical Affairs at Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine. Throughout his career, he has practiced both as an adult and pediatric hospitalist and was recognized by the American College of Physicians (ACP) as one of America's top 10 hospitalists in 2018. Dr. Wardrop has served in national leadership positions within ACP, the Alliance for Academic Internal Medicine (AAIM) and the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP). He has served as Chair of the Council of Early Career Physicians and as a member of the ACP Board of Regents. He continues on the ACP Education Committee. Originally from Pittsburgh, Dr. Wardrop attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, graduating in 1994 summa cum laude, with honors, in biology before graduating from the Ohio State University with a doctoral degree in molecular virology and immunology in 2000 and his medical degree cum laude in 2002. He completed combined internal medicine and pediatric residency in 2006 and in 2007 was Chief Resident in Internal Medicine at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Stefanie Brown, MD
Dr. Brown is a board certified internist and pediatrician (Med-Peds) and has spent her career as a clinician educator and lifelong learner. She practices Internal Medicine and Pediatrics in hospital and ambulatory settings for the University of Miami in Florida. She is Associate Professor of Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. Her career has focused on postgraduate medical education. She is currently the Internal Medicine Residency Program Director at the University of Miami/Jackson Health System program and the Med-Peds Division Chief. As Internal Medicine Residency Program Director, she transformed the education in the residency in the move to a novel X+Y+Z block scheduling schema that accommodates several fellowship and career focused pathways allowing for early tailored career development.

With a burgeoning interest in clinical operations and policy, she completed her executive master’s of business administration in health management and policy at the University of Miami in 2020.

Colonel Steven Coffee
Col. Coffee is an active duty career military officer who serves as the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Force Management Integration on the Secretary of the Air and Space Forces Staff. After graduating from Morehouse College in Atlanta, he entered the Air Force and was commissioned through the Tennessee State University ROTC program in Nashville. Col. Coffee holds master's degrees in legislative affairs and clinical quality safety and leadership from Georgetown University, and a Diversity and Inclusion in Human Resources Certificate from Cornell University.
Col. Coffee commanded over 600 personnel at the National Reconnaissance Office and his staff assignments included the Joint Staff, three combatant command tours, the Air Staff and the National Security Agency/Central Security Service. Nagendra Gupta, MD
Dr. Nagendra Gupta is Board-Certified in Internal Medicine and practices Hospital Medicine in Texas.
He is the Medical Director at Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital in Arlington Texas where he leads a team of over 20 physicians, overseeing the care for more than 180 patients each day.

Ali Khan, MD, MPP
Dr. Khan is a practicing general internist and Executive Medical Director at Oak Street Health, a value-based health care company focused on the delivery of transformative primary care to vulnerable Medicare and Medicare-Medicaid enrollees across the United States. David Pizzimenti, DO
Dr. Pizzimenti served in the National Health Service Core from 2005 - 2009 in Holly Springs, MS. He became the founding internal medicine residency program director at Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth, MS in 2009. Dr. Pizzimenti oversaw the accreditation and maturation of an internal medicine residency program that serves one of the nation's most under-served regions. Dr. Pizzimenti is now in Tupelo, Mississippi, serving as the Associate Medical Officer of Acute Care and is the founding internal medicine residency program director at North Mississippi Medical Center. With 700 beds, North Mississippi Medical Center is the largest rural hospital in the U.S.

Dr. Walsh, a board-certified internist, is the founding physician and Medical Director of the Virginia Hospital Center Physician Group-Primary Care Arlington.
